for Neurodivergent Adults

In just a few minutes, you'll learn the steps to...
- STOP wasting hours recovering from sensory overwhelm, so you can live your life instead
- STOP missing work because you're in sensory burnout, so you keep your income on track
- STOP fighting with your partner or kids about noise, lights, and the rest, because you can communicate your needs clearly
- STOP worrying about the next meltdown, so you can enjoy the time you're having right now
Most advice out there tells you to “just take breaks” or “avoid loud places,” but that’s not always realistic. This workbook takes a different approach:
Recognize your unique triggers – No more guessing what’s causing sensory stress. You’ll identify exactly what overwhelms you so you can take action.
Learn to spot early warning signs – Catch sensory overload before it spirals into exhaustion or shutdown.
Create a plan that fits your life – Your needs are unique, and your sensory strategy should be too. This workbook helps you build a customized plan that actually works.
Take back control – Instead of dreading when the next wave of overwhelm will hit, you’ll feel prepared and confident in handling it.
I created this because I know what it’s like to feel trapped by sensory overload. But I also know that once you have the right tools, everything changes. You deserve to move through the world with more ease, comfort, and confidence.
Kick Sensory Burnout to the Curb

From Sensory Overwhelm to Taking Back Control (And How You Can Too)
Hi, I'm Danielle, founder of Neurodiverging, neurodivergent human and multiply-certified coach
For most of my life, I thought sensory overwhelm was just something I had to endure. The exhaustion, the headaches, the complete shutdowns after too much noise, light, or chaos ... I assumed they were unavoidable. I’d push through, trying to “tough it out,” only to end up burned out, frustrated, and wondering why simple things seemed so much harder for me than for everyone else.
It wasn’t until I started learning about my neurodivergent brain that everything clicked. I wasn’t too sensitive or overreacting. I was dealing with sensory overload, and no one had ever taught me how to manage it.
So, I got to work.
I experimented with different strategies, tracked what triggered me, and tested ways to create environments that worked for me instead of against me. I learned how to set up my spaces, advocate for my needs, and build a plan so I wasn’t constantly reacting to overwhelm; I was preventing it.
This workbook is the result of everything I’ve learned. It’s the resource I wish I had when I was struggling - something practical, easy to use, and built specifically for neurodivergent people.

I recommend Neurodiverging now because it has substantially improved my quality of life and that of my family. Danielle has helped me through the darkest and most challenging point of my adult life yet and she has done so with compassion, creating a safe and validating space for me to grow in.
Neurodiverging has helped me grow immensely since I joined in 2023 because of its incredibly supportive community and the amazing resources created by Danielle. Danielle provides a safe space in coaching sessions that made me feel heard and encouraged me to grow and challenge myself to try new approaches and supports. As a student, weekly Get Stuff Done sessions have been instrumental in my ability to keep up with my classes and keep up with life admin, because of the endless support given by Danielle and the other patrons.
Their understanding of the way my brain works is incredible. It’s more than I could have imagined.
I've been a Neurodiverging patron for several months now and feel so grateful for that support in my life. Having access to so many resources at such little cost and being able to engage with them either live or at my own pace has really helped me put things in place to build a life I feel excited about and to take action in the world. It's a caring and respectful community where I feel safe as trans, and the content created is sensitive to systemic oppressions of all kinds. Danielle is a wonderful coach, so generous with their time, thoughtful and present, they made me feel welcomed immediately.
