For years, I thought my unpredictable energy levels were a personal failing.
Some days I could do it all: work, family, socializing. Other days I felt completely drained by the smallest task.
I pushed myself to keep up, ignoring the exhaustion and overwhelm, because that’s what I thought I had to do to be “successful.”
But the truth is, I wasn’t broken. I was just out of alignment with my own rhythms. When I finally started paying attention to what boosted my energy (and what drained it) everything shifted.
I realized that I could plan my life around my real patterns, instead of forcing myself into systems that never fit me in the first place. That’s why I created the Energy & Capacity Reflection Guide.
This isn’t about productivity hacks or squeezing more out of yourself. It’s about self-compassion, awareness, and choice.
I know what it’s like to live in constant tension with your own body and brain. And I know how freeing it feels to finally work with yourself instead of against yourself. My hope is that this guide leaves you in a better place than I found you: more aware, more compassionate, and more confident in your ability to manage your energy.
