Coming in early July, you're invited to...
Danielle Sullivan and Neurodiverging present a 10-day virtual community experience for neurodivergent adults who want more friendship, less burnout, and a gentle way to practice connection, coming in July.
DON’T JUST TAKE MY WORD FOR IT - HEAR WHAT THIS BRILLIANT HUMAN HAS TO SAY ABOUT MY WORK
Incredibly supportive community...

Neurodiverging has helped me grow immensely since I joined in 2023 because of its incredibly supportive community and the amazing resources created by Danielle. Danielle provides a safe space in coaching sessions that made me feel heard and encouraged me to grow and challenge myself to try new approaches and supports. As a student, weekly Get Stuff Done sessions have been instrumental in my ability to keep up with my classes and keep up with life admin, because of the endless support given by Danielle and the other patrons.

You’ve already spent years (maybe decades) trying to figure out how to connect without burning out. You’ve read the scripts, joined the groups, replayed every conversation in your head. You’re tired of doing it alone.

What if, instead of trying to “fix” yourself or over-explaining your brain… you could practice connection in a space where your nervous system is already understood?
YOU NEED A STRONG FOUNDATION
to build relationships that feel safe, mutual, and sustainable, without sacrificing your energy, identity, or boundaries.

Making friends and building social connections isn’t just about learning the right skills - it’s about feeling safe enough to stop hiding who you are and start showing up with curiosity and openness.

Most social spaces aren’t built with neurodivergent people in mind. The overwhelming sensory input, the lack of structure, the unspoken rules and pressure to perform - it’s no wonder we leave those interactions feeling drained, uncertain, or invisible.

But imagine something different: a space that feels safe on a nervous-system level. A space with clear, self-directed structure where you can experiment with connection at your own pace, while being your full, unmasked self.

And imagine doing that alongside others who are practicing the same thing.

That’s what this experience offers: not just a place to make friends, but a foundation to connect from a place of safety, autonomy, and self-trust.

Introducing . . .
CONNECT IN COMMUNITY
For any neurodivergent person who wants to make more connections.
Find your safe and validating space...

I recommend Neurodiverging now because it has substantially improved my quality of life and that of my family. Danielle has helped me through the darkest and most challenging point of my adult life yet and she has done so with compassion, creating a safe and validating space for me to grow in.

From Lonely to Linked: How I Found My People (and Built a Space for You to Find Yours)

For most of my life, I felt like I was doing connection "wrong."

I’d enter social spaces with so much hope, only to end up exhausted, confused, or feeling like I somehow missed the memo on how people are “supposed” to connect.

I tried to mask, I over-analyzed every conversation, I burned out trying to be what I thought people needed.

What I didn’t realize for a long time was that the problem wasn’t me. The problem was the container.

Most social spaces aren’t designed for neurodivergent people. They’re chaotic, unstructured, and full of invisible rules. So of course I shut down! Of course I left those spaces more disconnected than when I entered.

That’s why I created Connect in Community, a 10-day, low-pressure, neurodivergent-friendly space to practice connection in ways that feel safe, doable, and real.

You won’t be asked to perform, fix yourself, or push through. Instead, you’ll get small, structured invitations to show up just as you are, connect with others who get it, and build the kind of self-trust that doesn’t disappear the moment you’re in a group.

You won’t walk away with a script or a set of rules to follow. You’ll walk away with something better: a sense of what connection looks like when it honors your needs, your energy, and your truth. And maybe, if it feels right, a few new friends, too.

At your own pace...

I've been a Neurodiverging patron for several months now and feel so grateful for that support in my life. Having access to so many resources at such little cost and being able to engage with them either live or at my own pace has really helped me put things in place to build a life I feel excited about and to take action in the world. It's a caring and respectful community where I feel safe as trans, and the content created is sensitive to systemic oppressions of all kinds. Danielle is a wonderful coach, so generous with their time, thoughtful and present, they made me feel welcomed immediately.

Kind words from other community members using this gentle approach to make connections...
Increased calm and confidence...

I want to thank you for creating [your 12-week coaching program]. I didn't realize how high my stress level was until the meeting ended and I felt so incredibly calm. I felt like I was holding space for us in a way that I hadn't anticipated.

Grounded and focused on the next step...

I've been feeling completely disoriented and confused for a while. I didn't realise when I signed up to your talks that they were going to be aimed at me and what I'm experiencing. Just [doing the work] has actually grounded me and helped me feel less like a balloon drifting in the sky. Thank you so much.

Connect in Community isn’t a course or a bootcamp: it’s a community practice. You get to explore what connection looks like for you, without pressure to perform, fix, or impress. It’s safe to take your time. It’s okay to disappear and come back. It’s designed for real humans with real limitations. (And real brilliance.)
I can't wait to see you there!

Have Questions? Get Answers:
  • What exactly is this challenge?
Connect in Community is a 10-day, neurodivergent-friendly connection challenge hosted in a pop-up Discord space. Each day, you'll get three simple, flexible prompts to help you connect more meaningfully with others and with yourself. It's designed to build confidence, reduce isolation, and make social connection feel doable again.
  • What if I miss a day?
No worries at all. This challenge is designed to be flexible and forgiving. You’ll still have access to previous prompts, and you can go back and complete tasks at your own pace. This is about connection, not perfection.
  • Do I have to talk to strangers or be active in group chats?
Not unless you want to. All prompts are self-directed and low-pressure, and social tasks are designed to be accessible even if you’re shy, hesitant, or just not up for a lot of talking. Participation in community discussions is always optional.
  • Is this only for extroverts or socially confident people?
Absolutely not. This challenge was built with neurodivergent folks in mind, including those who struggle with social anxiety, executive function, or who feel like socializing just isn’t built for their brain. You don’t need to be “good at people” to belong here.
  • What’s the difference between the Community Pass and the Supporter Pass?
Both passes include access to the 10-day challenge, the pop-up Discord space, and a chance to win prizes by completing prompts.

The Supporter Pass ($49 USD) includes:
    - A $49 credit toward coaching or the shop (your full ticket value)
    - Bonus prize eligibility
    - Supporter-only Discord forum for reflection + buddy pairing
    - A mid-challenge journaling reflection page
    - A wrap-up workshop to integrate what you’ve learned
    - Optional daily email reminders with your prompts
    - Priority feedback in community threads
    - The knowledge that your purchase funds access for someone else through our sliding scale fund
  • How much time will it take each day?
Most people will spend 10 to 20 minutes a day engaging with the prompts - less if you prefer, more if you get into it. It’s entirely self-paced. You can complete one, two, or all three prompts per day, depending on your energy and capacity.
  • Do I have to show up at a specific time?
Nope. This isn’t a live event (unless you’re a Supporter and choose to attend the wrap-up workshop, but it will be recorded). You can log in and participate any time of day that works for you.
  • What kind of support will I get?
There will be active support from me and our moderators in the Discord space, especially in Supporter threads. We’re here to answer questions, encourage you, and help you feel seen, not judged. Supporters also get priority feedback in community threads if you're looking for more direct guidance.
  • What happens after the challenge ends?
After the challenge, you'll be invited to stay connected through our Patreon or community coaching options. Supporters will receive a recap and can attend the optional wrap-up workshop. But there’s no pressure! We’re just glad you joined us.
  • Do I need Discord experience to participate?
Nope. We’ll send out a quick-start guide before the challenge starts, and everything will be easy to navigate even if you’re brand new. We’ll take good care of you.
  • I have another question!
Email us at contact@neurodiverging.com and we'll help you out :D
