Add coping skills to your toolbox before you need them

Did you know that autistic brains interpret sensory information differently than neurotypical ones?

In particular, it can be harder for autistic people to use our senses of proprioception (understanding where your body is in space) and interoception (understanding the internal senses of your body).

That means we can be less aware of how our bodies react to stress or anxiety, and less able to consciously relax and redirect our energy when we're stressed.

This nervous system difference is why traditional deep breathing often doesn't work for neurodivergent people.

In this course, designed by an autistic educator for other neurodivergent people, we'll take you through all the information you need to incorporate deep breathing into your daily toolkit.

You'll level up your relaxation skills, develop better sensory awareness over time, and reduce your daily anxiety as your practice.
